Guest guest Posted August 4, 2003 Report Share Posted August 4, 2003 I managed to reach my goal of 4lb I am now 213lb. My goal for August is 5lb. Thanks for the encouragement to stick to it. It does help being accountable to someone. I have a hospital appointment this week and hope he is pleased with my bg and he wont start me on medication.
