You have to go get some help this is just gone on way to long. Go to a good Urologist, maybe someone knows a good one or if have to go to GYN just go. Can't believe they are just letting you keep bleeding and not putting you in the hospital for test. Take care and know we are with you in spirit just wish could help you.

Re: Beth

Beth,

If it were me, I would be at my Ob/Gyn's office ASAP. There are so many things to worry about with bleeding, and you need to keep ruling out stuff, even gyn stuff, to figure out what the problem is.

I hope that you are taking extra vitamins, etc. as Tonia said, you do not want to wind up Anemic. Make sure you get plenty of Iron, especially.

Let us know how you are doing.

Beth,

Sorry for the delay in answering... I had a cervical fusion done last year WITHOUT the benefit of an epidural block, which was not a good thing. However, I had knee surgery, with an epidural for four days without any spreading of my RSD. I also believe that if you can fix the underlying injury, it's a good thing for the RSD. However, if you must do that surgically, please be sure that your Dr. takes all the necessary precautions.

Hugs,

Jo

That's interesting. So, hypothetically do you think a if a doctor did an

epidural block for a few days around it childbirth could be an option

without spreading? I know...no one has answers, but I am fascinated, and

I am so desperately trying to figure out if we can or can't! Thanks!

Well, DAYS before is not an option, epidurals tend to depress babies' heart

beats and respirations and make them sluggish first few days, if you

breastfeed they are slower to learn to latch on. But you have them by

c-section a few days early so you don't go into active labor, with an

epidural, and then keep the epidural for 3-4 days, sounds like it could

work, theoretically. Having a Second one, after a c-section, that wd be the

real challenge, don't think I'd want to go there!
