11-yo patient with contact dermatitis and possible pityriasis rosea. Instructed

them to continue using Claritin for the itching. Recommended using Cutivate

cream since it is very itchy and scaly. Use s/l sed-a-for and Aquaphor for the

dry skin.

Sure sounds like this ends in a " for/phor " but can't be positive (doc with

strong accent). I can find Cetacort or Synacort (not " phor " I know), but hard

to tell from the dictation. Any other possibilities here? It's probably

staring at me! Been a long day ....
