Atropine is derived from Belladonna. It's used in many medications to reduce inflammation, mucus, acid, disrupt nerve signals, relaxes muscles, etc... Used as a cream for vv/vvs, it reduces inflammation by restricting blood vessels, disrupts nerve signals to the brain and possibly relaxes muscles.
