I know it doesn't taste like much, but it adds such beneficial hydration that keeps all the organs of the body healthy that it truly is the best " drink " . Some people like to add a slice of lemon or lime to it to jazz it up, but I prefer it naked! Yet even so, I get tired of it, too, so then I drink Crystal Lite Raspberry Tea or iced tea with a touch of Splenda.
