y'know...I apparently never got the post that prompted your below

answer, Dianne...I assume it was from (because I remember

reading about that bad doctor advice)...could you send it to me? Unless

it was a while back. Was it a recent post? Or maybe I just

forgot...this senior moment business is getting me down. I seem to be

having more of 'em...

Don't feel bad Vicki. I have been having so many senior moments lately I have

forgotten

what senior moment means, LOL!!!!!!!!!!!! BTW as an expert taster of ice cream

and very

picky, I noninate Breyers CarbSmart Butter Pecan ice cream as it really tastes

good. I

don't like the other brands. And since they cost so much I want the best brand.

For those of you living in Texas, H.E.B. now has a low-carb version of some of

their

Creamy Creations flavors. They have 3g of carbs per serving (4 servings to a

pint). The Key

Lime is some of the best stuff I've ever had. YUM! Nice and tart! Unfortunately

the pints are

2 for $4 instead of $1.39 like the regular stuff. Oh well. I get to keep my

toes, which is

worth the 61 cents, by far.
