The patient has a large pleural effusion, CHF, lower extremity edema,

worsening renal insufficiency, hyperkalemia. The doctor says, " He had

his ***s/l arg *** stopped, and he did not have an Ace or an *** arg ***

restarted...He is off all ****actaload??? *** or vasodilators and is on

Lopressor 25 mg b.i.d. as well as his diabetic medications.

Thanks,

Pattie

Thank you! I found the other one - afterload reduction. She said it more

clearly all the way at the end of the report.

Thanks,

Pattie
