janna-i am so sorry for our trouble-vinegar?...my s-in-law needed

colposcopy b/c her paps were abnormal and she got vaginal warts from

my brother(a certain strain of vaginal warts, about 3 in 72 strains

puts one at high risk fer cervical Ca-she didn't have the " bad "

strain. janna-what was the indication for the hyster?-you can write

to me direct of course should you not want to disclose this hx to

everyone-or me, if you dont.

my prayers are with you-NOT because i think there is something

terrible to worry about, but b/c we are all pretty much at our " max "

all the time-and i know anything addl can be overwhelming. and b/c i

like you and want everything to be ok and you not to need any

ps my s-in-law said colposcopy was like menstrual cramps-sometimes

mild, sometimes a pain- ASK for pain meds-they won't want you taking

an anti-infl. b/c it is anti-clotting-but tylenol-or tylenol with a

kicker would be good-for a one time procedure i dont see any reason

to be stingy with the analgesia-a tylenol #3 would be great-or if

they are running an IV-some versed(anxiety/pain) od valium would be

nice. have someone drive you hoe if they are kind enough to make you

completely comfortable. good luck. please let me know as soon as you

All vinegars are legal except balsamic, because unless you get the

super-expensive imported stuff, it has sugar in it. I think I might be

really cautious about rice wine vinegar, too, just because the starch may

not be gone.
