It seems like I read in People magazine a while back that the rich & famous like to do Pilates. I know it is not pronounced like it looks; it seems like it pronounced more like your s/l. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. back exercise How is everyone today? Probably not working. Well the doctor dictates that the pt is doing S/L paloti exercise for her lower back. Does anyone know what she might be referring to. I don't seem to find PALOTI.
