Hi.

I just finished my first report for a well woman exam

and I am asking for some of you to check my work. I

know there are alot of mistakes in it. The words that

are surrounded in the " " are words that I could not

understand and typed them as they sounded.

I really appreciate you guys. I was ready to quit and

ya'll talked me into trying once more!
