Guest guest
When a personality disordered child reaches adulthood, unless you have a conservatorship in effect, there's not a whole lot you can change or control except yourself. My son is like your daughter, so I know what you're talking about. However, four years of therapy in a residential program has changed nothing within him. It was all surface. For you, it's scarier because your grandchildren are involved. If I were you, I'd keep doing what you're doing, get counseling for yourself and maybe go to 12 step meetings like Al-anon or Co-dependents Anonymous. Looks as if Part 2 of SWOE will prove helpful to you whether your daughter has NPD, BPD or both.
