I have used metrogel for several years and stopped using it for the cea LTD disks. I experienced some improvement, but still looking for something better. After reading some comments, I have seen a lot of about the zinc and the Klaron lotion. Would someone please provide me more info.. The pharmacist is Glen . I recently picked up my compound, and had my pharmacy call Glen first in case he had any tips on mixing the zinc oxide etc. and he was very helpful. A few list members have pharmacies making them custom preparations, and Dr. Sy is working on one that she will then offer as a product. She has mentioned that it is going through the process of formal testing before being released. So unless you were in a position to contact the handful of compounding labs that can make it, you are probably better to wait for Sy Skincare to offer it as a product (I am). It will be a non prescription product. Klaron is one of the prescription Sodium Sulfacetamide treatments, offered by Dermik. Their web site is http://www.dermik.com cheers, davidp.
