Guest guest Posted October 10, 2000 Report Share Posted October 10, 2000 Hi all, I just spoke to , she arrived in Marietta, and has checked into the Day's Inn - $39.00 a night (not bad) and she says its really nice and new and clean. She has a ground floor room for easy access later. She is bubbling with enthusiasm, and isn't at all nervous. She told me that she can only have clear liquids all day today. I was surprised, but she said that in the past Dr. has been faced with " exploding stomachs " after some patients over did their " last meal " , so now he restricts us. Oh well, I'd say thats a small price to pay. She goes to his office after 4 to get her heparin shot, and then she's just gotta keep from floating away with anticipation before tomorrow. Bev is her official angel, but I'll keep you updated too since I'm local. Keep those prayers coming - we've had a busy week haven't we.
