Guest guest
Wendi, My experience, they are sure well trained, the staff they have taking the phone calls! My house is not poison free, but I do try to keep the stuff out of reach or locked. I keep the medications locked up, but things like laundry detergent, cologne, toothpaste and mouthwash, etc. are not locked. When your children start to climb, then you have to really watch. Also, it's a constant battle trying to keep up with what the older kids leave out (dh included). I try to follow my 6th sense, the one that tells me " it's too quiet, something is up " . Guest guest
, I only bought a gate and outlet protectors, and then used common sense in reomving things that would be a problem. The best way is to get down on your hands and knees, crawl around and see what things you come across that could be trouble for your toddler. You might want to buy a book on plants that explains which are poisonous and remove those houseplants from your house. (Theres no plant worth keeping if it can kill your baby!) posted some info recently about a product that attaches to the backs of large furniture/appliances to keep them from tipping over, onto your baby... great item to have! Save your money on all the fancy gizzmos and just be an observant parent.

Guest guest
Joan, That my biggest problem. My older daughter leaving the bathroom door open ( Zaid likes to fill the toilet with whatever is at hand) Too quiet in my house means big trouble. My kids aren't usually quiet except when something horrible is happening. Wendi Re: Babyproofing ??? From: MJplus5@... Guest guest
, Great advice, I laid on my belly on the floor, what a different perspective. I found a lot of problem areas that way.
