I know I have trouble with patches and that is why now use Hermitage Site Line transparent dressing. A box of 50 is around $60 or so. I have used clear box tape, kind you use for mailing. Have used the tan colored tape also. And then there is white adhesive tape which I think of as sports tape that would put around an ankle. I do not know what else to use unless you can call them and convince them as a NEW user that your patches do not stay on as the rsd causes you to sweat and see if they have changed their policy. I was shocked when called and heard from a taped recording that they no longer gave the bioclusives out free, maybe they give them at lower price now but can always bug them and ask for a supervisor and then a supervisor above them and what I did one time for an insurance problem I asked for the Home Office of the Company and told them I was calling them and withing 5 minutes insurance people called me back and said that they had a meeting and were going to okay what I was asking for. So call Home Office, those are best ideas have and sorry they are not better but do know for sure can fight easier if get home office of company that makes the Duragesic..... take care all of you and hope you each find way to use the patches as for me help alot, not best had but keep me more alert, which know is shock to most of you, but still keeps me more alert than Oxycodone.

....then it just falls off from me sweating so badly!

To keep them on we have used everything we can think of even cling gauze wrap which worked until the sweats started then it got stuck on the gauze.
