Guest guest
My a.m. bgs, around 7a.m. are usually below 120, today I was at 108. But then, they start rising AFTER I'm up and don't start back down until mid-morning. By about 1:00 I'm in normal range and stay there the rest of the day. I do low-carb, less than 30 carbs/day. Now, the question: I've heard that I shouldn't exercise until a while after eating BK, but with the bgs going up all morning anyway, does it really matter? I know, try it and see what happens, right?
