I don't trust doctors spellling

Can someone verify the spelling of Kager's fat pad. I cannot document it

and the doctor spelled it for me. He also spelled Peritenous and I cannot

find it either.

Peritenous inflammation is noted in this region although Kager's fat pad is

grossly clear.
