Thanks for this info! Interesting!

I've been on the Hallelujah diet (www.hacres.com) which is mostly raw foods and

had great improvements even with my thyroid. My dosage went down several times.

But it's a difficult diet to stay on. IMO, I think it's great for detoxing our

bodies making us healthier but long term, I think after a year or so we near to

add back in some meat, eggs, maybe yogurt, but not alot, and preferably organic.

Following the diet, all the aspects, I did have more energy.

I forgot to say, since eating a huge salad every day (including plenty of dark

green like spinach, romaine etc. no iceberg) my folate levels are at the top of

the range.
