I've been on the Hallelujah diet (www.hacres.com) which is mostly raw foods and had great improvements even with my thyroid. My dosage went down several times. But it's a difficult diet to stay on. IMO, I think it's great for detoxing our bodies making us healthier but long term, I think after a year or so we near to add back in some meat, eggs, maybe yogurt, but not alot, and preferably organic.
