I spoke with the out of district person for our regular school district and was told that even if she is not taking advantage of the theraputic services, she will probably have to remain at NETS because they do not know where else to send her. She just spent 5 weeks in a state hospital and our home district is reluctant to try other options even if NETS isn't benefiting her.
