Are you taking the magnesium chloride or the magnesium oxide. This might make a difference. As we all realize we are all different. We have Fibro in common but everybody is different and what works for some may not work for others. But, since it is a necessary mineral, try the sprinkle thing. Just remember to take it and calcium at night.
