Guest guest
Hi Janice and welcome to the list! To upload a picture, first go to the ONElist website (www.onelist.com) and log yourself in. Depending on how you found the RSS-Support list you may already have a password. If you don't, then you can create one. Once you're in, click on RSS-Support and then click on Files which is on the lefthand side of your screen. This will take you into our Files. If you want to upload a picture of Emma, then you can create a file (button for this is at the top right hand side of the screen - blue button) and then upload a picture of her into it. If you need further help, just let me know! I plan on attending the MAGIC convention in July and would love to see you there. Dennise New to the list >From: jmillikan@... > >Hi! My name is Janice. Guest guest
In answer to some of your questions: You can still deliver vaginally. I did and had one of the easiest labors. I was in hard labor for only three hours and pushed for all of 7 minutes. It went very smoothly. The only thing I didn't expect was all the blood I lost when I stood up. For some reason no one ever mentioned that! Not all WLS patients are high risk. I wasn't. Some are depending on their age or other medical problems and if you get pregnant too soon then you are considered high risk. Pregnancy weight averages between 15-20 pounds gained if you wait the proper time after surgery. " Normal " women average 25-30 pounds gained. I gained 18 and lost them all right after I gave birth. Hope this helps you. Rasley mailto:drasley@... BTC, Columbus, 10/7/98 Lost over 90% of excess and maintaining Gained a beautiful daughter on 8/9/00 > new to the list > > > Hello all! Guest guest
Janice, I'm only 7 weeks pregnant. I have Kaiser insurance and they automatically put me with a perinatologist and classified me as high risk because of the surgery. They said it wasn't a big deal they just want to watch me closer and make sure the baby is growing properly. They also referred me to a nutrionist. Benita jan75@... wrote: > Hello all! Guest guest
they said they wanted her out at 37 weeks and started inducing...unfortunatly, she had other plans. that is when i had my last ultrasound too. i know there is a varience of weight with the us but she came in a little less than even the low end. she is sure making up for it now though!!! in fact, just after she was born, she was gaining about 1- 1 1/2 lbs a week. they followed her pretty close to start. julie Re: new to the list In a message dated 02/22/2001 10:10:54 PM Eastern Standard Time, schaub.julie@... writes: << i had no problems except she quit growing in the end. >> julie when? what week? im still not gaining and i remember them mentioning at first apt that if he stops growing they will take him early. im 35 wks now and he is still growing.....measuring 1 wk ahead of schedule. just wondering more about your story! teresa Children are a reward from the Lord.
