Weight loss - Yeah!

Well since you all are going to meetings and weighing in I've decided that I'll do the same thing so I can plot my progress.

Mid January I was wieghed in at my doctors office (the scale is in the hallway and you can't take off your jacket or boots) @ 215 pounds. About two weeks later I bought a scale and weighed in @ 210 pounds. (I've weighed myself with my boots and coat I was wearing that day and the difference is approx. 5 pounds.).

Today I am weighing in @ 200 pounds even. So in three weeks (give or take) I've lost 10 pounds - so about 3.3 a week. Actually better than I thought.

Is there an amount that WW suggests you lose a week or something?

So far I haven't felt deprived at all. Seems my biggest thing is that I need to meassure EVERYTHING. I have a tendency to add a little more each time I eat something till suddenly I am eating twice as much as I should be. I am also trying to drink more water, which I hate : )
