Guest guest
When I decided to go on the low oxalate diet I started out by eating only foods which contained little or no oxalate. I did that for a few days and had an immediate effect of less pain. I eventually started adding foods with more oxalates and eventually found out which foods bother me and which ones do not. You can order a booklet at: U.C. San Diego bookstore. Call 1 ask for customer service. is $12.93 including shipping and handling.
