Guest guest
doc says patient has pancreatic cancer which was treated with radical pancreatic duodenectomy and was found to have a 4.5 cm high-grade carcinoma of the head of the pancreas which was " weest recessage " into the removal of the total pancreas and duodenum with splenectomy. Anybody know what that could be? patient came in with shortness of breath and doctor suspects there could be metastasis to the lung because of shortness of breath and effusion.
