Bravo to you.....I also fight those sweet monsters with just sucking on 2

What a great idea! If I could trust myself to open a whole bag of

dark chocolate chips, I'd try that. ;- ]

Sheila, have you tried different brands? I found the ricotta at Trader

Joe's was sorta lumpy and I didn't like that but the ricotta they carry

at Safeway is very smooth and creamy -- the brand is called Precious --

and I really like that. What's not to like about ricotta? the flavor

is almost identical with cottage cheese but it has less carbs I think.
