What's on the menu for today? Thursday 4-4-02

Morning all!

I have NO idea what is on the menu today yet it is too early. I am

thinking maybe I would go get some fish, but not sure. I will have

to let you know.

We will have roasted chicken and vegies in my new roaster, mostly because I

am feeling like I am coming down with a monster of a cold and I want to make

chicken soup tomorrow.

I'm starting my rubber chicken! If the damn thing thaws, DH put it in the freezer even after I asked him not to.. its still hard as a rock after a full day of thawing. I left it on the counter today (yes I know.. bad) but I want to make it so bad! Now lets just pray the dog doesn't get to it before me!

Zephyr's for a massage, then jet to NC for Girl's Night! , can we exchange

that bus for something with wings for tonight?

Hey everyone! I am so enjoying being off of work for this next two weeks!! Today, I went and had a great workout at the gym; I usually have to scrunch it in, but I was leisurely and read a magazine and enjoyed myself!

Thank you all for your good wishes about my wedding. I am still on cloud nine.

Tonight our best friend is coming over. He is a bachelor who never eats a vegetable or anything hot, so it is my mission to have him over once a week and feed him. I think I got that from my grandma. So in honor of him, I am making Sliced Lemon-Pistacio Chicken over Greens. I also made honey-wheat berry bread in the bread machine and will roast garlic to spread on it (delicious 0 point spread). If you want the recipe, go to www.cookinglight.com and search for the name. They have tons of great recipes with nutritional values. It is my favorite recipe site.
