A lot of people have really good luck with the blocks.....but, then again, what helps ten people, might not help one or two. Always talk to your doctor about any new symptom or painful area. Right now, I just had an MRI done on my lower back....because even though I think that it is just the RSD and Fibro, he doesn't. My lower back has been hurting ever since I had my 3rd lumbar block....which I also got a spinal headache from. But, until I find out the results of the MRI.....I can only keep guessing. That is, if the MRI shows anything. Good luck on your MRI....and I hope that nothing has changed, unless its shrunk some! The test you've described is an EMG with nerve conduction studies. An EEG is when they paste electrodes on your head and measure brainwaves....harmless. Miss them Sometimes I think I could have one again. Toby my dog likes them gets along well with cats. My one cat used to catch the drips from the faucet. It was fun watching her.
