Hello and welcome to the group. I have a recumbant bicycle that I

love. It doesn't stress any of your joints, and I can ride it as I

watch TV so the time goes by quickly. Also, it was inexpensive.

<under $200> I used one of these while I was in physical therapy

for a back injury and thought it was great, so I went out and bought

one. You can get a good aerobic workout........ Good Luck Kat

I do the one mile walk of Sansone. It is low impact, good for my

knees...and if I can't lift my arms up much that day, it is okay, I do what

I can.
