Guest guest
Hi Everyone, The past couple weeks have been wonderful. I no longer have muscle pain near the surgery site, and I am feeling more and more like Robin! I wake up at 0500 every morning and work part-time, and no longer need an afternoon nap. I am eating everything but beans...(they dont agree with me), and I getting more used to my new appetite. I can gadge how much I need to eat, and stop, feeling very satisfied. It is great to know that I can have the rest later. I can have what I want later. I just cant have it all now, and that is fine! I am doing the treadmill thing, and feel very good when I work out. It seems tht the memory of the those first 2 weeks is starting to fade. I remember feeling not so hot the first few weeks, and wondering if I will ever be myself again...and be able to have energy. Well I do...and I am so thankful for my Post life, and my priority is too stay healthy, taking meds, Dr appts, and rest...There is nothing more important too me. My prayers to everyone - whatever " phase " of recovery you are in...Dont give up..you will recover, and be on your way to the life and health you deserve. Much Love Robin G Hathaway Aug 4th/DS/Rabkin 264/224/155 United Health Care PPO \ _________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com.
