Hi Jack,

More than likely the weight loss is because of adding exercise to your

schedule. I agree with your doctor that it isn't anything to be concerned

about,

however, if it should continue, do let your doctor know.

hmm, well i had been exercising when i got diagnosed, but not much

frankly. past couple weeks been exercising bout 20min a day everyday.

prolly all it is. just this diabetes made me realize im mortal :)

I honestly believe that it is ok to loose weight like this every once in a

while. Sometimes the body just " dumps " weight, be it water or whatever, as

well as loosing fat. If you keep loosing weight like this, and are

concerned, contact your dr, and let them know that you are worried. Try to

eat a little bit more protein in your day, be it soy or meat, or a grain

protein...
