Cindi and Cris,

Just curious if you've ever tried cutting out dairy products and if it helped?

I'd had asthma for about 10 years...some times worse than others...I haven't

gone near my inhaler since I started Armour. :)

Hi all,

I have astma too, and I can't have any dairy or soy products.

Being on the edge of hyper makes my astmatic condition vanish.

You mean for the asthma? I tried cutting out milk once because I was

searching for the answers to my health problems. But the dairy elimination did

not

make a major difference to me. My main problem was the thyroid. But I do have

problems with wheat products...mostly digestive.

I don't use many dairy products to begin with. Which I think is probably a no no

for calcium. My daughter rarely uses them, as she was always allergic to them.

she'll eat ice cream occasionally - that is my downfall !!!

I don't consider myself too bad - until I start to laugh, and have an asthma

attack! that just shocks me! even then, I rarely go for the inhaler, as I calm

down fairly quickly.
