Guest guest
Hi all, I have astma too, and I can't have any dairy or soy products. Being on the edge of hyper makes my astmatic condition vanish. I tried cutting out milk once because I was searching for the answers to my health problems. But the dairy elimination did not make a major difference to me. My main problem was the thyroid. But I do have problems with wheat products...mostly digestive. cindi
Guest guest
I don't use many dairy products to begin with. Which I think is probably a no no for calcium. My daughter rarely uses them, as she was always allergic to them. she'll eat ice cream occasionally - that is my downfall !!! I don't consider myself too bad - until I start to laugh, and have an asthma attack! that just shocks me! even then, I rarely go for the inhaler, as I calm down fairly quickly.
