Char Dear Great West Member: We have evaluated the service request. Based on the information provided, we have certified a 1 day length hospital stay at Oregon Health Sciences Universi. One Health Plan Medical Mangement must be called before this certified length of stay ends id you will need additional days. We have send a letter with this information to Welker at Oregon Health Sciences University. Keep in mind, you must call One Health Pan and recertify the admission if: * the member is not admitted within 90 days of the date of this letter, or * the member is not admitted by Welker, or * the member is admitted to a facility other than Oregon Health Sciences University Your eligibility and coverage are determined by the group health plan at the time of service.
