Bread Machine vs. Hand Made RE: homemade bread

I have a machine, and what I like to do is to assemble the ingredients

and set the timer so that I have fresh, hot bread waiting for me first

thing in the morning.

I will sometimes set the machine on 'dough' to make rolls or buns from

the dough. I believe that I have posted a rec. for whole wheat/flaxseed

bread here.
