Guest guest
Hi Jeff, Longtime no see. Has your doctor indicated why they chose to leave the a.n. there? Is it to preserve your hearing? I have occasional pain in my face, all my NS says is that its probably the tumor compressing the facial nerve (he used medical terminology though and I guess thats what he was saying.) Duh. Sometimes I wonder why they don't take this sucker, but I guess unless I'm in constant pain, its better to leave it. I'm already deaf and excision will surely result in facial paralysis. I guess the idea of such a large tumor in my head gives me the heeby jeebys (or however you spell that.) Thank you Jeff for sending me email (list and private) when I was having such bad headaches. I'm really glad you're here and would hate for you to stop posting or leave the Crew because someone " chastised " you. Hug na Re: Question....Bugs. Carol, Yes I do. On the left side of my face and neck, which is also my bad AN side. It really " bugs " me when I'm having a bad day, pain or even numbness type spells.
