Another question, graft mesh ratio with mixed fraction

A split-thickness skin graft was harvested from the left hip and meshed in a

*1.5:1 or 1-1/2:1 or 1-1/2-to-1 or 1.5-to-1* (dictated as " one and a half to

one " , not " 1.5 to 1 " ) fashion.

I looked in AAMT BOS under decimals, ratios, and under fractions but can't

seem to find anything regarding ratios and fractions together. Any advice

from someone experienced with this type of dictation? Thanks!
