Welcome the the group . This is a great place for support and information on your weight loss journey. Have you read the book "The Bi-Polor Child". My son was also diagnosed with Bi-Polar. It is not a severe case and he is 17 and age does help some along with meds. But the book is very informative.

Good morning everyone. Well it is Thursday again, which means another weigh in day. Well I was so bad this week. Think it was the weather and having major problems with my teenager. Anyway, not only was I bad since Friday night, last night I went to a wrestling banquent and ate a ton of bbq! Then felt sick all night. Well I will go weigh in, probably with a small gain. I am def. back on track (sun not son, is shinning for the first time in a week!).

You have definitely come to the right web group for support and encouragement.

A mini-bio on me: I am a 39 year old working mom of a beautiful 4 year old

daughter (). We live with my hubby/'s dad in a small town in western NC

called Brevard. The company I work for is closing the site where I work. Big

life change! I will be eligible to return to college and pursue a degree in

middle-grade education. Another big life change. But, with the support I get

from this group, I will be just fine (by the way, did I mention that I am a

stress eater?). I too have struggled with my weight all of my life and WW is

the only program that has worked for me.
