It shows 3 g carbs per 2 Tbsp. (2 of those carb grams are sugar).

It's always a balancing act. Full-fat dairy products are high in

fats. 2 Tbsp. full-fat Half & Half contain 3.2 g fats and have 39

calories (as opposed to 20 for the fat-free). A mere ounce of heavy

whipped cream contains 98 calories and 10 grams of fat.
