Hi ,

The answer to the question of my Hubby would be NO & YES, LOL. Of course I

left him immediately. Well I didn't leave the cops hauled him away. I was in

total shock. I left him setting in jail for a year and finally my daughter

begged me to get him out. It was consentual he didn't rape her and she was just

under 18. It wasn't that she wanted it she just never said no. We had only been

married a year and a half when it happened. He is 12 yrs. younger than I am. I

did finally bail him out of jail and he done 3 yrs. probation. I was totally

devestated at the time it happened. I had also thought he raped her. To say I am

over it even now 5 years later I'd be lying. I still don't trust him. She is

back home now as well but I do NOT leave them alone together. I am always right

there. I raised her as my own but in real life she is my niece. If something

arises that I have to be somewhere she doesn't want to go or can't go she goes

to her birth Mothers or somewhere.

I do need to update it as I have not done so since Oct. 2002 just before our

The picture on the page is really my Husband. Things haven't been wonderful

in our marriage although it gets better as the years go by. As I said earlier

however I have never fully regained trust in him. He has given me other reasons

for that not just this inccedent. The last 3 years things have gotten better for

us. If I can hang on long enough and stick it out our marriage just might work.

That remains to be seen.

I will answer the spiritual questions in a seperate private e-mail as it is

my own rule that we don't get into discusions about religion here on the list.
