Hello everyone:

I started back to the weight watcher meetings with my daughter last night. It was great! One of the topics was how to get the water in, here are a few of what people at the meeting do:

Use a timer, and every 30 min. drink (that one is mine)

keep water in the car and everytime you stop at a light or stop sign you drink.

keep a bottle on your desk at work and you can't eat lunch until you have had at least 1/2 of the days amount. The other half before going home.

everytime someone else is taking a drink of something you drink your water.

Hope this is of some help.

As for dinner, I haven't a clue yet, Friday's are always

hectic. I never know which kid will here or there!
