Guest guest
Hi Gang, I've tried to send out a few private reminders about the way to respond to posts, but thought it would be easier to send to the entire list. Some members read their mail on the web, and when excess " stuff " is left on your response, it takes longer to download. Take a section of the letter you are responding to at place it at the top of your response. Then reply to it, and delete everything else that was on the original post. Here is an example of a letter that was sent yesterday, and it was done correctly :-) > I know it sounds really strange, but some of what will loosen that " tight " > feeling is cocoa butter or lotion. My surgeon ( a woman <g>) recommended using Vitamin E oil, right out do a capsule, and rubbing it on the incision, after it had healed. I considered it pretty much a " miracle drug " ... it stopped that " pulling " feeling...left almost not scar, all hair has grown back ( from several surgeries)...and amazingly it also helped the initial soreness around the incision... Worked for me ! Sally R...ACM..Decompression '91..Hydro .. VP shunt.... 2 revisions...NO medications... doing well in Bethlehem,Pa Me again! Thanks for trying to remember, it really helps lots of members. Kathleen
