Hi Mitra,

I buy my almond flour from Lucy's Kitchen, not because she's the least expensive (because she's not), but because she has IBD too, knew Elaine, was endorsed by Elaine, and answers questions about any and all of products she sells with care, kindness, and knowledge.

Those reasons alone (at least to me) make up for any measly price difference. Also, I believe in supporting "our own" . . . and she's definitely one of us.
