Soma has also been found to interrupt the brain's pain impulses as well as being a muscle relaxer. Try and continue to get it if you can - it's ridiculous when you finally find a medication that works " for you " and then be forced to go back on the drug merry-go-round because of the medical society's misplaced definition of " addiction " . HI According to my nursing drug book there are two different forms of Soma, one with codeine and one without. The one my rheum gave me didn't have codeine in it. He doesn't give me that or even hydocodone yet. Good to know it does have aspirin in it.
