I'm not on insulin, and I intend to delay it as long as possible. My

father is, and he has so many problems regulating his BS; it swings so

wildly. I'm afraid every day of coming home and finding him in a coma.

Alas, my insurance won't pay for a pump for a Type II such as I.

The way they do insulin now is so amazing and one way is by

having a pump. My mom may at some point need to go on this but

with what she's got now so far so good.
