Guest guest
-- I am new to the list, but I have a piece of advice about smoking for you. I smoked for a few years even though I was always warned not to. I got a doctor a few years ago who made the decision for me to quit. I had cigarettes sticking out of my purse and he just reached down and plucked them out and tossed them. I haven't touched a cigarette since! It messes with your circulation anyway, but it is twice as bad for a diabetic. Anyway, good luck quitting! This is just the group to do it with; supportive, encouraging, and quite positive!
