I was so optimistic that day and then the very next days I plummeted about as far down as I could go. UGH. Also with the rains the humidity is going way back up and the molds and mildews which are my worse allergens are coming back. Allergies had been really good and now they are bad as well. Guest guest
I always flare in the spring and in the fall, but my fall flare usually comes after we cool down. I started with pain in September due to the exceptionally high ragweed pollen in the air, it had me aching all over. Then we traveled which had me in flare type pain for several days. Then a day at Six Flags over TX riding roller coasters, standing in lines, let's just say I took a prescription naproxen each day for two days to recover from that. But my fall flare usually doesn't happen until we get the 'cold november rains' and that hasn't happened yet. We're 80 today. jenniesattic@... wrote: > I've been skimming the posts the past couple of days because I haven't had > the strength to do any more. Guest guest
The mold and fungus allergens make me flare bigtime! I hate that. The extreme weather changes don't do our bodies any good. I think that is why this time of year is common for so many flares. I don't flare as much in mid winter or rarely during summertime. jenniesattic@... wrote: > > Interesting that you should mention that. Guest guest
I am with all of you too. The past few months it seems that I have just gotten worse. My doc has switched my meds several different times. I just started lyrica last night, and I am praying that it helps. My neck and shouders have been just terrible. Today has been really bad. I have sat in front of this computer at work all day long. Between the stress from work, and worrying about where the money is going to come from for Christmas this year I am about to go insane. All I can think about is getting out of here, getting home and taking a long hot bubble bath and hope that it melts some of this away. (Hey we can wish) I know I have asked this before but I did not get a response, but do any of you have alot of pain in your arms and hands. Lately my pain there has been terrible. Well back to work now. Maybe I can make it another hour and a half. Hope ALL of you as well as myself will soon have a little relief from this monster!!! Hugs to all!!! > > I've been skimming the posts the past couple of days because I haven't had > the strength to do any more. I've been noticing how many are in bad flares. > What is going on? Guest guest
I HATE weather changes. Not only do I feel them before they arrive, but I feel them while they're here and on their way out. As for molds and fungus. I have to do a load of was at a time (with large break in-between) because if I don't my ears get plugged up and I start to lose my voice. Sometimes I'm ok if I fill myself with my allergy meds. Guest guest
I feel them coming, too! When a front is coming with a line of storms, I'll start to hurt all over once it's an hour or two away. Or if we have a low pressure system over us, I'll ache all over. And driving from here to Colorado (big difference in altitude) I was hurting ALL over by the time we got to NM. Tigger wrote: > I HATE weather changes. Guest guest
Yeah, it is wierd. It seems we do all cycle kind of the same. We deal with the everyday aches and pains all the time. But then, all of the sudden, here it comes full blast and practically knocks us down. I wonder if the atmosphere has something to do with it. We are all spread out across the country and out of the country. So isn't this wierd. Love ya all, Debra V. jenniesattic@... wrote: I've been skimming the posts the past couple of days because I haven't had the strength to do any more. I've been noticing how many are in bad flares.
