I get it from GNC, but any protein liquid or pill from any health food or alternative food mart -look in the body building section) to help with my energy problem, but those are only small increases. What really helped me was getting a sleep study and finding out I have sleep apnea. Neither my doctor nor I really thought I had sleep apnea since I only had occasional mild snoring. I found out I did and being on the CPAP machine, has been a definite boost in my energy. I'm still far below normal, but now, if I have a bad night, I still have a good chance of being able to do something the next day. Before CPAP, if I had a bad night, I wouldn't be up to doing anything the next day. I really recommend getting a sleep study if you haven't already since apnea is common with fibro. Just simply having fibro (along with some morning headaches) was what convinced my doctor to send me for mine. Darcy
