Guest guest
She does have a venous lake lesion on the lower mid-lip and interestingly on the posterior pharynx between the upper and lower arcades on the right side is another venous lake. It does not appear to be s/l " a melan " in deposition, but just a venous puddle that shows up as purple. Doc is definitely saying " a " before " melan. " I thought he might be abbreviating, but I can't figure it out. Am I just missing something simple here. Thanks. Bev
