s/l flow segments

Hello,

This lady comes in to be evaluated after having hit her head during a recent

fall and with intermittent blurring of vision. Past medical history is

significant for cervical and lumbar disk disease, status post fusions and

laminectomy.

In the physical:

Thorax and Lungs: Clear. She has tenderness of the left lateral chest with no

crepitance or " flow segments " appreciated.
