Splenda is made from the same plant as sugar, but does not act like sugar

does. It is not considered a carb and does not have the calorie count. I use

Splenda all the time with no adverse effects. I love it.

Oatmeal and orange juice both send my bg's up. Everyone is different tho. I

often have no fat cottage cheese with blueberries, cinnamon and Splenda.

Tastes good & you feel like you have had something to eat. I have also used

raspberries and strawberries. You might try something like this and see how it

works for you.
