It is not considered a carb and does not have the calorie count. I use Splenda all the time with no adverse effects. I love it. I often have no fat cottage cheese with blueberries, cinnamon and Splenda. Tastes good & you feel like you have had something to eat. I have also used raspberries and strawberries.
